
GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY:
Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS and US Postal Service rates. These rates are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. To preview your shipping charges, enter the items you want to order into your shopping bag. When done click on the checkout button, enter your zip code and this will display all available shipping costs. We can ship to any street address within the continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii will incur significant additional shipping costs. NO APO, FPO or PO Box Addresses.
GROUND SHIPPING:
Orders for items that are in stock are shipped within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day and will normally ship within 24-48 hours after processing.
EXPRESS SHIPPING:
High priority is given to express shipping orders for items that are in stock. These orders are shipped within 24 hours, except weekends barring any exceptions. Express orders placed before 12pm EST. are normally shipped same day.
TRACKING YOU PACKAGES:
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers’ online stores.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:
We are sorry but we currently do not offer shipping outside the United States and its territories and Canada.
RETURN POLICY:
Your satisfaction is our primary concern but if for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase; please contact our customer service department via email at returns@clearrivercosmetics.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code.
Returns and/or exchanges will require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization. All claims of damaged or defective items must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Returns and exchanges are accepted within thirty (30) days of purchase only.
For returns, customer must repackage items in its original box with a copy of your receipt and RMA code for proper credit. Items must be prepaid as we cannot accept COD deliveries. We recommend that you use UPS or US postal service insured parcel post for shipment. You will not be reimbursed for any shipping charges unless items arrive damaged and is reported to customer service on day of delivery.

Order Cancellation:
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
- Item(s) not available.
- Difficulty in processing payment information.
- Cannot ship to address provided
- Duplicate order was placed
- Cancelled due to a customer request
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have any questions, please call us at 1-877-609-9563 or you can contact us via Email at customercare@clearrivercosmetics.com.
You may cancel an order prior to processing by emailing Customer Service at customercare@clearrivercosmetics.com or by calling us at 1-877-609-9563.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.
